Dearest Janet,

You will be missed tremendously,
Just thinking about all the times we sat on your back patio and talked about life and life experiences. All the trips and travels that you have made in your lifetime made me think I have done more traveling sitting on this patio with a glass of iced tea and never had to jump on a plane. You loved your backyard you loved your friends and family you loved your animals. Thank you again for guiding me when I needed it the most In life.

Bye for now my sweet friend❤️

You are my sunshine

My dear sweet Godmother, thank you for exemplifying what it means to be a woman of God. The strength of your faith was encouragement to me. The wisdom of your words uplifted my spirit. I thank God for bringing you into the lives of my parents and through them, bringing you into my life. You always offered words of love, joy and hope with kindness, grace, and affection, and I will carry them in my heart always. There was never finality in our parting words at the end of phone calls, so I send this message today saying, "goodbye for now" . . . until we meet again. Rest in peace, Godmother. I love you very much.
Your Goddaughter, Beryl Dennis (Falls Church VA)
