Paraskevi "Vivien" Hopper

Paraskevi "Vivien" Hopper passed away May 9, 2021 in Bakersfield.  Vivien was born to Michael and Angeliki Karatzas on October 11, 1937 in Salonica, Greece.  She was raised in Greece and later worked in London, England and Toronto, Canada.  She returned to Greece where she met Ronald Hopper, her future husband. 

Vivien was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Angeliki Karatzas; sister, Adamantia; and brother Petros.  She is survived by her husband, Ronald Hopper; sister-in-law and husband, Gwen and Tom Hanson; brother-in-law and wife Reg and Susan Hopper, eight nieces and nephews.

Trisagion will be held at 700 p.m., Friday, May 14th. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church.  Celebration of Life will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday May 15th. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church.  Burial will be held in Oklahoma at a later time.
