Richard Harry States, born January 10, 1938 and passed away peacefully on June 18, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Carol States; daughter and son-in-law Wendy and Jason Ash; son and daughter-in-law Craig and Cynthia Taylor; grandchildren Krista Stapley, Tyler Ash, and Garett Taylor, and two great-grandchildren.
