Bill passed away after a 4 year battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Jane Burton and sister Dawn Carlson. He leaves behind his wife of 20 years Michelle Burton, sisters; Linda Jones, Gayle Leonard, brother; Brent Burton, step daughter; Crystal Hatch, grandchildren; Christian Thomas and Bailey Michelle, step son; Brandon Zavala and grandson Cash Michael and step son Tyler Smart.
A celebration of Ceps life will be held at a later date due to gathering restrictions right now. His wish was to have as many friends and family attend as possible. A full obituary will be posted at that time.
